Since 1996 am I in a wheelchair (now an electric one,) because after I had hurt my ankle I ended with Posttraumatic Dystrophy Patients/ Complex Regional Pain Syndrome type 1 in my left leg. And now a few years later both my hands are affected by this disease.

I have always been the proud owner of dogs and since 1999 these dogs are Border Collies. I have two of them and a third one is on her way. One of my dogs is also my assistant dog trained by myself.

I have always been actief with my dogs at first we sarted with flyball and since 2006 we are actief in agillity. I love to do this and my dogs love it as well. In 2007 we joined the PAWC (Para Agility World Cup.)  This was a lot of fun and we will do it again this year. Not only Kyona but with Mei-Li as well she is in the veterans group.
